If it's not quite what you expected, we're happy to help.

You can return your order up to 30 days after receiving it.

For hygiene reasons, bras can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty items can always be returned.

How it works

Step 1 – Contact us first
Within 30 days, email info@hallieandrowe.com with:

• your order number
• the reason for your return

We can often find a suitable solution together.

Step 2 – Send your return
Once we've confirmed your return, we'll send you the return instructions.

The item must be:

• unworn and undamaged
• in its original packaging, where possible
• sent with a tracking number

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Returns are processed through our international returns address. The cost of a return can vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Step 3 – Refund
Once we've received your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Good to know

Unfortunately, we can't process returns that are sent without contacting us first.
